• Special hosting place with a restricted and controlled access, monitored by specialized security teams, 24/24, the 365 days of the year, complemented by a state-of-the-art video surveillance system (external and internal).
• Security in computing facilities in situ devices against fire, weather regulation system (heating, ventilation, air-conditioning) at the facilities, constant supply (electrical security guaranteed by a redundant supply system, a non-stop supply system, and emergency generators).
• Servers protected by Antivirus and Firewall.
• Broadband: service quality ensured by a minimal debit per user and thanks to the constant monitoring of the load.

• Guarantee of intervention time to the server every hour from 8h to 19h, 5d/7.

You will have access to your database through INES interface: data exchange between your access points and our servers are encrypted by SSL protocol through a 128-bits code.

Moreover, it is one of the main European data centers, including 2 world root DNS servers and the nucleus of CERN interchange (European Organization for Nuclear Research).
Regarding the data center infrastructure, this place is located in a doubled walls building; everything is in (n+1) + (n+1), for the data as well as for the electrical network. Several generators insure the complete autonomy of the data center in case of a power cut and enable it to normally work during 21 days without losing its maximum capacity. It is also the building in Switzerland which has the biggest amount of optical fibers.
